Below are steps:

1. Take back up – Back up your device on iTunes or iCloud.
2. Download & Install the Apple Beta Profile – From your iOS device, go to beta.apple.com/profile to download the Apple Beta configuration profile using Safari browser. And click Download Profile button. It will promt to Install the profile. Follow instructions and install it.
3. Restart the phone – Once Profile is Installed, device will promt for Restart. Restart the device.
4. Update Software – Goto Settings > General > Software Update & check for Update.
