Snapchat lauches Group chat feature ahead of Holiday season.
Today Snapchat launched few new features for its application – Group chat, Integration with Shazam & Create your own stickers.
Group Chat
Snapchat allows you to create a group with upto 16 people. Messages are deleted after 24 hours just like Stories.
Snapchat said –
“Groups can be created while sending a Snap, or when you’re making a new Chat. When your friends are present in a Group Chat, we show their name at the bottom of the Chat. Simply tap their name to start a 1:1 Chat, and then easily return to the Group in one swipe! We call this Quick Chat, and it’s the fastest way to keep the conversation going with one friend without spamming the entire Group.”
Stickers – Creative Tools: Scissors & Paintbrush
Users can now create stickers out of their snaps by using Scissor tool. And using Paintbrush, users can create artistic snaps using the snaps from Memories.

Shazam Integration
Snapchat has now integrated with Shazam to discover & explore music & send the same to your friends from Snapchat. To use this feature click anywhere on the camera screen when any music is being played nearby and Shazam will kick off and get info on the song.
